As a, mid 30-year-old who struggled with weight for a majority of his life a fitness plan was finally in place. Like a lot of others in the gym sipping on whey, bcaa’s, intra powders and countless other supplements I was dead in my tracks. I simply plateaued. Through the years my body composition fluctuated up and down like a yoyo. Looking back, I was to blame for poor decisions with diet and training.
